Ingredients: 
- 7 Plum tomatoes diced
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of olive oil 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
- 4 basil leaves 
Directions:  
   
- In a sauce pan add oil and garlic and sautee.
- When the garlic is golden, add the tomatoes, and salt. Stir occasionally.
- Cook approximately 3/4 hour in low heat or until the tomatoes are crushed. 
- Add basil leaves toward the end of cooking. 
Add the sauce to your favorite pasta.
